Eric Schmidt said in an interview with Salesforce that new version of
Android will arrive in October or November.
New version of Android will be called the Ice Cream Sandwich, and although Schmidt was quite vague, we can expect that we will find out more during the conference Asiad which will be held from 19 to 21 October.
Ice Cream Sandwich brings the usual bunch of improvements, but the most important thing is the unification of interfaces for tablets and smart phones. The first device that will come with the new version of Android likely will be Droid Prime
