Dolphins do not whistle, they speak just like humans

According to a new analysis of data collected during the 1970-ies, dolphins are talking to each other by using the same process for the
formation of the voice and words used by people. The results reveal that dolphins do not actually whistle, they use vibration nasal cavities which are something similar  to our vocal cords. Whistleblowing  is the term coined 1949th in an article published in the journal Science, and kept up to date, but thanks to the experts now know that dolphins talk just like us. :)
