A disgruntled police officer angry about a demotion walked out of a police precinct in Chile's capital Santiago on Thursday, wearing just his underwear. Carlos Ripetti seemed unbothered by the cold winter weather in Santiago, when he left the police building. Police officers tried to arrest him for "indecent exposure and dishonor of the police uniform."
After he drove off with police vehicles pursuing him, Ripetti received a ticket for running a red light before he was allowed to drive home. It remains unclear whether Ripetti has kept his employment with the police.
